The lodgings are equipped with an air ventilation and sanitizing<\/strong> system that uses an innovative technology based on the combined action of UV rays capable of destroying 95% of polluting agents. The entire structure is equipped with an 11 KW photovoltaic system<\/strong> used to power both the production of domestic hot water and the hydronic heat pump systems for heating and cooling the rooms of the entire building. The water from the gutters and that coming from the various condensate drains is recovered and used for various services including some toilets.<\/p>\n

Each type of lighting is LED<\/strong>, in full respect of energy saving, and everything is managed through a home automation system<\/strong>.
